What this notice covers

This notice describes Habit Wheel, the plugin that turns a month, year and habit list into a printable monthly tracker PDF.

Information used to create a tracker

Habit Wheel uses the month, year, habit names, optional target days and paper-size preference you supply. These inputs are processed in the ChatGPT, Codex or other compatible host environment where you use the plugin.

Where processing happens

The plugin includes its PDF renderer and fonts. It runs in the host’s permitted execution environment and writes the requested PDF there. The supplied renderer makes no network calls and has no developer-hosted server, account connection or analytics integration.

Running Habit Wheel does not send plugin-user data to Joshua Gwamoiza or a developer-operated service. The renderer does not send your habit list or PDF to Joshua or another external service. The plugin does not maintain a separate developer-operated database, sell user data or use your inputs for advertising.

Recipients and purposes

The host platform receives the inputs and files needed to fulfil your request and operates the execution environment. You receive the finished PDF. The plugin does not transmit these inputs or outputs to a developer service or share them with advertisers, data brokers or analytics providers. If you share your PDF yourself, the people or services you choose receive that copy.

Your host platform and files

Your host platform processes conversations and files under its own privacy policy, account settings and retention controls. Installing Habit Wheel does not change those controls. Input and output files may remain in the host’s workspace, conversation or your download location.

The generated PDF contains the habits you chose. You decide whether to download, print or share it. Use your host’s conversation and file controls, and your device’s file controls, to manage or delete those copies.

Retention and deletion

Developer-held tracker data: none. Joshua receives no copy of your habit inputs or generated files through the plugin, so there is no developer retention period for that data. The renderer has no persistent developer database and performs no separate automatic deletion of files in the host.

Host-held inputs and PDFs: files remain until removed through the host’s file or conversation controls or until the host’s own retention period expires. The duration depends on your platform and account settings. Downloaded or printed copies remain under your control until you delete or dispose of them. For OpenAI hosts, consult OpenAI’s Privacy Policy and your account data controls.

Voluntary support messages: Joshua deletes Habit Wheel support messages and attachments from his active support records within 30 days after the request is resolved. You may request earlier deletion through the support contact. Copies retained by WhatsApp or your own device follow those services’ policies and controls.

If you contact support

Support is available through the existing Landscape Uganda WhatsApp contact. Only send details you choose to share; you do not need to send your full conversation or private habit list. Contacting support opens WhatsApp, which handles messages under its own privacy terms. Joshua receives your WhatsApp name, phone number, message text and any attachments you choose to send. He uses them to respond to support or privacy requests. The recipients are Joshua and the WhatsApp service used to deliver the conversation; they are not used for advertising or sold.

For a privacy question or a request concerning a support message you sent, use the support page. The plugin cannot delete conversations or files held by your host platform on your behalf.

This website

This is a public information page. Creating a tracker does not require entering your habit list on this website. The Community reading corner stores saved reading and topic choices in your browser; its “Clear saved reading and topic choices” control removes those choices. Website hosting may process ordinary connection information separately from the plugin.
